Fan Expo Dallas was held at the Dallas Convention Center for the second year and learned a lot from it's first. Organization was better and the floor had room to move around and browsing was manageable. Comic Con got a big upgrade this year for their 12th anniversary with new owners and a new venue. The Dallas convention center provided over 200,000 sq. ft. of vendors, lots of movie vehicle replicas, celebrities, comics, toys and panels. I thoroughly enjoyed the fan tables and the excellent Star Wars props and backgrounds provided by the 501st.
Celebrities included Stan Lee, Nathan Fillion, Ming-Na Wen, Carrie Fisher, Gillian Anderson, Lennie James, Scott Wilson, Bill Goldberg, Dean Cain, Adam West and Burt Ward. Also the four creators of the original Godzillas. Hopefully you were able to make it out at least for one day If you missed it there are plenty of pictures and videos circulating, but definitely attend next time around!
