Marty McFly would be proud of this Californian startup, Hendo Hover, that developed a working prototype of the hoverboard. There are several catches: the battery only lasts seven minutes, it will only float over smooth metal and it costs $10,000. There is also a limited supply of just ten hoverboards available.
